Thanks so much for being here and trusting us to get your favourite K-Artists to your door. The following information is key to read before you join any of our Pre-Orders or buy from us.
🌑Charges
- We make all costs/charges as transparent as possible. Where we can, we want to avoid you having to send too many payments as it can be hard to keep track of. Where we can we will break into two costs:
->Initial (cost of the goods, EMS, PP transaction fees)
->Shipping (shipping cost to you)
🌑Payment
-We do not use F&F on paypal, everything is Goods & Services.
We value you trusting us with your hard earned money so by usings G&S both you and us get an extra of level protection from each transaction.-For Pre-Orders, payment deadlines will be set and must be adhered to, late payment will incur a 10% per day charge unless discussed prior. Do not back out without a replacement as you compromise the order for everyone.-For on hand items, payment is due at the point of sale (immediately after we have let you know the item is yours and we have confirmed shipping details with you).-To make a payment, please use our paypal link in the bio and include your handle name or emoji in the notes. In addition, we ask that you fill out the payment form with proof of payment - a copy of which will be sent to you for your records.-We offer full refunds within 14 days as per the UK Consumer Rights Act. For pre-order refunds please contact us directly. For refunds on items you have recieved you have 14 days from delivery to raise a refund request and ship the item back to us at your own cost. The item(s) must be in original packaging and in a resell-able condition to qualify for a refund.-Please note, as per UK Consumer law, we will not offer refunds on Magazines or Albums or DVDs that have been opened.
🌑Packaging
-All items are packed using new packaging materials. PCs will be carefully sleeved and place into a toploader. Where possible we will ensure items are tightly packed or padding used to prevent movement in transfer.-Before shipping, all items will go through a claims check with you first and confirm that you are ready for shipment by filling out the shipment form. If you have multiple orders coming we are happy to wait and ship once everything has arrived to save on costs for you.
🌑Shipping
- We are based in the UK so please take this into consideration if you are outside the region when it comes to costs. Please note we are not responsible for any customs fees you may be faced with if based outside of the UK.-While we prefer shipment that is tracked, you will always be given a number of options that suit your budget.-Once items are handed over to the courier, we are not liable for any lost or damanged items.- We require an unboxing video to discuss any issues.
Should you make a purchase through Seoulsic we assume that you have read and agreed to these terms. Should these terms be broken we may have to refuse working with you in future.
